Katy Le Roy is Nauru ’s Parliamentary Counsel. She holds a BA (Hons) and LLB (Hons) from the University of Melbourne and is about to complete her PhD on Constitution Making. From 2006, Katy served as UNDP adviser to Nauru ’s constitutional review process, assisting a Parliamentary Committee to design an inclusive process of constitutional review.
